The top 5 states from where the registrations were witnessed are Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan. The most chosen subjects in CUET UG application 2026 are English, Chemistry, Physics, General Aptitude Test and Mathematics.

Total Registrations for CUET UG 2026 Till Now
As per the news report, the total number of CUET UG registrations 2026 have crossed more than 14.9 lakhs. The CUET UG last date of registration 2026 was February 4. Candidates who have registered were able to make the CUET 2026 registration fee payment till February 7 to register successfully. Students who have submitted their applications before the CUET registration last date 2026 will be eligible to appear for the exam. The NTA allows applicants to choose up to 5 subjects while submitting the CUET application form. Several students have opted for 4 subjects in their applications during the CUET UG registration process 2026.

How Many Students Registered For CUET 2026 So Far?
The NTA has not announced any official notification regarding the total number of CUET 2026 applications received so far. The CUET 2026 registration process was closed on February 4 at cuet.nta.nic.in. Applicants who have completed the registration and fee payment can appear for the CUET 2026 exam. As of now, more than 14 lakh students have submitted their applications during CUET UG application process 2026.

When Will CUET 2026 Exam Be Held?
The NTA will conduct the CUET UG 2026 exam from May 11 to 31 in Computer Based Test (CBT) format. Candidates who have registered will be eligible to appear for the CUET 2026 exam. Students must choose their desired subjects while filling the CUET application form. The NTA will issue the CUET admit card 2026 in May at cuet.nta.nic.in. Applicants must download the CUET admit card 2026 by using their login credentials. Candidates must carry their CUET 2026 admit card to the exam centre.
