• Visit the official website of OUAT (Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology) at ouat.nic.in

• Find and click on the ‘Admission’ tab at the top of the homepage.

• On the new page, scroll down to find and click on the ‘OUAT Application Form 2026’.

• Read all the instructions carefully before filling out the OUAT registration form.

• Fill out the form with all the necessary details like academic details, personal information, contact details etc.

• Upload the required documents, photograph and signature as per the specifications mentioned.

• After cross-checking all the details, click on the ‘Submit’ button.

• Pay the application fee as per the category using a suitable payment method.

• Once the payment is successful, take a printout of the application form for future reference.

Step 1: Register and Fill the OUAT 2026 Application Form

• Go to the official website and click on the link 'Submission of Online Application Form for OUAT Common Entrance Examination 2026' to initiate the online registration process. Candidates are required to provide their valid email address, mobile number, and Aadhaar number/ enrollment number for the purpose of registration.

• OTP will be sent to the mobile number, make sure it is correct.

• Fill out the OUAT registration form with the required personal, academic and communication details. After completion, click on 'Register and Proceed'.

• An auto-generated application ID and password will be sent to the registered mobile number.

• Applicants must use this unique ID and password as login credentials on the applicant's login page.

Step 2: Pay the Application Fees

• Applicants must pay the non-refundable application fees for the OUAT common entrance test. The fees can be paid through online as well as offline modes before the deadline of the OUAT application date 2026.

• For online payment, applicants can use their debit/credit card or net banking. Alternatively, they can pay the fee in cash at the nearest Common Service Centre (Jana Seva Kendra).

• The OUAT registration fee for all categories of candidates is INR 1500.

• Once the payment is made, applicants must save the payment receipt and print it out for their records.

Step 3: Upload Photograph and Documents

• Applicants must upload a scanned copy of their passport-sized photograph and signature following the size and format specifications mentioned in the prospectus.

• After submitting the documents, a confirmation page will be generated which should be printed as proof of submission. This document should be kept for future reference.

OUAT Application Form B for UG Programmes

Candidates who are appearing in the OUAT 2026 entrance exam must complete an additional form, which is available on their official website after the exam. This form consists of two steps - filling out the online application form and attaching the necessary documents. To fill out OUAT 2026 application form B, candidates should follow these steps:

Step 1: Filling out Application Form B

• Go to the official website after the exam is finished and select the option titled 'Submission of online Application Form-B for Admission into OUAT UG Courses 2026-27’.

• In the login page, enter the application ID and password, or alternatively, the exam roll number, mobile number, and date of birth.

• The application form will be partially filled in. Fill in the remaining details to complete the application.

Step 2: Upload documents

• Candidates should upload the documents listed in the prospectus, with each file not exceeding 200 KB.

• After all documents are uploaded, print out the application form and retain it for their records.

How to retrieve OUAT 2026 Registration Number or Password?

If candidates have forgotten your OUAT (Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology) 2024 registration number or password, they can retrieve it by following these steps:

1. Go to the OUAT official website

2. On the right side, you will see an option to “Retrieve Registration Number/Password”. Click on that.

3. You will be asked to enter your registered mobile number and email address. Enter the details and click “Submit”.

4. An OTP (One Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click “Verify”.

5. You will then be asked to enter your date of birth. Enter your date of birth and click “Submit”.

6. Your registration number and password will be sent to your registered email address.

7. You can then use your registration number and password to log in to the OUAT website and access your account.

Note- Applicants must keep their OUAT login details until the completion of the whole admission process.
