Hello Aspirant,
Your opportunity of getting into top NLUs such as NLSIU Bangalore, NALSAR Hyderabad, and WBNUJS Kolkata, with an All India OBC Rank of 1219, is very low since these typically close at much lower OBC ranks (usually within the top 200–500 depending on the year). Nevertheless, since you belong to Karnataka, you could be eligible for the Karnataka domicile reservation at NLSIU Bangalore. NLSIU has 25% reservation for Karnataka students, and that too with a sub-reservation for OBC candidates.
Although 1219 is a bit above, you might have a marginal chance in subsequent rounds or through spot counselling, based on how the cutoffs change. Monitor official CLAT counselling rounds and NLSIU's admission announcements for the best information.
THough this error in the year of your birth on the clat admit card is very unfortunate. But it is important that you address it as soon as possible so as you can avoid the potential issues which can occur during the admission process. you must contact the CLAT Consortium and first tell them about the error in your dob. Explain the situation to them clearly and also provide the supporting documents like your both certificate and then request to correction or clarification. You must gather all the relevant documents that will prove your date of birth. Also be ready to explain your situation during the document verification process at your chosen National Law University and provide the necessary of docs.
