Agriculture, counselling will be through ICAR CUET. That process has not started yet. Keep checking the official website regularly for updates.

Without getting any entrance examination you can't get admission in jnkvv for mtech. Like if you want to get admission in biotechnology or agriculture  you have to give the ICAR entrance examination or other entrance examination then you can get admission there or any other colleges for post graduation.
