How to fill MP PAT Application Form 2026?

Step 1: Registration

• Go to the official website of MPESB.

• Select the “Registration” tab.

• Add all the required details on the registration form like name, email id and mobile number.

• Click on the “Register” tab.

• Candidates will receive a mail to the registered email address about the user id and password.

Step 2: Fill the MP PAT Application Form

• Go to the official website of MPESB - esb.mp.gov.in.

• Click on the “Login” section.

• Enter user ID and password.

• Enter all the personal information in the application form.

Step 3. Upload Scanned copy of documents

• Upload all the scanned copies of the required documents such as signature, photograph and thumb impression.

Step 4: Application fee payment

• To pay the MP PAT application fee for 2026, click 'Proceed for Submissions and Payments.'

• Net banking, credit card, or debit card can all be used to make an online payment.

Candidates who filled the MP PAT application form are required to pay the application fee before the deadline. MP PAT application fee payment can be made through debit/credit cards, net banking through the secure gateway of the university. Candidates who do not pay the application fee will be rejected.
