IP University Admission 2025: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has released the IPU CET 2025 date sheet on April 23 for exams to be held from May 3 to 18. The IPU CET admit card 2025 was issued on April 20 for exams to be held on April 26 and 27. Earlier, the university also released IPU CET date sheet 2025 on April 17 for exams to be held on April 26 and 27. The IPU 2025 application process was closed on March 31.

IP University 2025 Eligibility Criteria
To take admission in the GGS IPU every aspirant must fulfill the eligibility criteria as mentioned in the university brochure. The IP University eligibility criteria are as follows.
IPU Eligibility Criteria For UG Courses
Candidates must not cross 21 years of age.

BA English | Applicants should have done their 12th class under the 10+2 level examination with a minimum aggregate of 50% from a recognized state and central government board (like CBSE) with English as a compulsory subject. |

IPU Eligibility Criteria For PG Courses
Candidates must not cross 35 years of age.

IPU Cutoff 2025
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University will release the IP University 2025 cut off in online mode. The cut off of IPU CET mentions the minimum and maximum rank which a candidate must have in order to be eligible for appearing in IPU CET counselling. The university releases a separate cut off of IP University for candidates belonging to Delhi region, Outside Delhi region and All India region. IP University cut off 2024 will be released for around three rounds, before sliding and spot round of counselling. IPU CET cut off mentions the name of the programme, the name of the institute, minimum rank and maximum rank category wise.
IPU Counselling 2025
The university will start the IPU CET counselling expectedly in June. Candidates who qualify the CET will be required to attend the IP University counselling. They will be allocated a seat in their desired colleges based on their ranking and categories. The counselling of IP University will be commenced in both offline and online mode. Candidates need to register themselves to participate in the counselling of IP University 2025 and pay a fee of Rs.1000. IP University 2025 counselling will be completed in three rounds followed by spot counselling and open house counselling.

Considering your rank of 1553 in IPU CET for B.Com (Hons.) and being an Outside Delhi candidate, it may be tough to get admission to the top tier colleges of IPU; e.g. Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies (MAIMS), Maharaja Surajmal Institute (MSI), and Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS) in the first counselling round as these colleges usually close at lower ranks for Outside Delhi candidates.
However, you still have a good chance in decent colleges such as:

Hello Aspirant,
Based on my assessment of your rank of 1839 in IPU CET for B.Com (Hons) you have a good chance of being admitted in VIPS (Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies), Pitampura, in the later rounds of counselling. Admission is dependent on the following factors:
- Caste Category (General/OBC/SC/ST)
- Home state quota
- Number of seats available in each round of counselling
In the past years, they have closed their seats for General category students around rank 2000-2200 in the final rounds of counselling. Therefore, I would suggest keeping a close eye on the official IPU CET counselling schedule and place VIPS as one of your top choices.

Hi,
With a 7981 rank in IPU CET BBA and being from outside Delhi , getting a top BBA college like VIPs or MAIMS might be difficult, as Delhi region students get priority. However, you still have a chance in good colleges like JIMS Vasant Kunj , Rukmini Devi Institute , or Trinity in later rounds of counselling.
Make sure to register for counselling and keep an eye on cutoffs.
