PESSAT Counselling 2025: PES University will begin the PESSAT 2025 counselling registration in July after the declaration of results at pes.edu. Students can register for the PESSAT counselling 2025 before the last date of counselling process. The university will publish the list of students qualified in the form of PESSAT 2025 allotment list.
Students shortlisted in the PESSAT 2025 seat allotment will be eligible for the counselling process. Candidates are required to complete the PESSAT 2025 counselling process before the last date of submitting the original documents by the allotted students.
The PES University offer admissions for various UG and PG programmes based on the marks obtained in the entrance examination. The university accepts applications of students who qualify in the PESSAT exam and meet the cut off requirements of their desired programme. Apart from qualifying the PESSAT 2025, candidates are required to meet some extra criteria prescribed by the authorities. Candidates will have to upload their 10+2 scores or equivalent exam scores as soon as their corresponding result is declared.
Minimum 50% aggregate marks in 12th standard (or equivalent) qualifying examination has to be secured by the candidates.
If the required documents are not presented at the PESSAT 2025 counselling venue, then the candidates will not be allowed to participate in the procedure.
Qualified students of the PESSAT 2025 will be eligible to appear for the counselling process. Candidates have to register for the PESSAT 2025 counselling by using their registration number and date of birth on the official website. During the PESSAT counselling 2025, candidates have to select their choice of course as per the order of preference.
Candidates are advised to choose as many choices as possible to maximize their chances of admission. Students must submit all the required original documents that have to be produced during the PESSAT 2025 verification process. Candidates selected for admissions should pay the admission fee to finalise their seat.

Once the PESSAT 2025 allotment list is out, qualified students must appear for the PESSAT 2025 counselling process by following the steps given below:
Candidates shortlisted in the PESSAT 2025 seat allotment are required to carry the original documents for verification process to secure admission.
Students selected during the PESSAT counselling process 2025 are required to pay the admission fee to finalise their seat.
If the required original documents are not submitted during the verification process, then the PESSAT 2025 allotted seat will be rejected by the university.
Applicants can withdraw their admission by rejecting the allotted seat and they can apply during the second round of PESSAT 2025 counselling process.

All of the candidates have to be physically present for the counselling of PESSAT 2025 at the specified venue and timings.
PESSAT counselling 2025 will be held only in Bangalore.
If due to unavoidable circumstances, a candidate is unable to attend the counselling session, then they can download the authorization letter and submit it.
During PESSAT counselling process 2025, one of the parents or guardians will be allowed to represent the candidate if an approved authorization letter is with them. The authorization letter will not be considered valid without prior approval.
If a candidate is unable to attend the PES counselling process 2025 on the specified date, then they can come on the next date and participate.

For NMIT, admissions are done on the basis of academic eligibility followed by CET and COMEDK exams. For academic eligibility, The student should have passed 12th standard or equivalent examination with English as one of the languages and obtained 45% of marks in aggregate in Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Computer Science / Electronics / Biology. In case of candidates belonging to Karnataka Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and other Backward Classes (Category I, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B), the minimum marks for the purpose of eligibility will be 40% of marks in aggregate in the optional subjects in the qualifying examination. Further, they should have given the Further, the student should have given CET or COMEDK.
For Ramiaiah, A candidate who has passed 10 + 2 pattern of examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics as optional subjects in the qualifying examination is eligible. The eligibility for admission is 45% in case of General Category and 40% marks in the qualifying examination in case of SC/ST, Category-1 and OBC Category candidates. The marks obtained by the candidate in Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics in the qualifying examination will be considered in the place of Chemistry in case the marks obtained in Chemistry is less for the required aggregate percentage for the purpose of determination of eligibility (and not for the purpose of determination of rank, in respect of engineering/technology courses). Entrance Exams accepted are KEA / COMEDK.
For PESSAT, PESSAT itself is an entrance exam conducted for admission in PES university. If you want admission in PES university, then yes, they accept JEE main scores. The candidates should have qualified 10+2 qualifying (or equivalent) examination from a recognized board and should have completed their 10+2 qualifying (or equivalent) examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as subjects and secure a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics + Math + Chemistry of 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board. Should have secured valid KCET/PESSAT/JEE Mains scores to be considered eligible for admissions.

The questions in the entrance test will be asked from the topics listed in the PESSAT 2024 syllabus. Topics from Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English will be included in the syllabus. PESSAT 2024 Syllabus will be based on CBSE 11th and 12th Standard Examinations Academic Syllabus.
