IP University Exam Pattern 2020 - Aspirants preparing for IPU Common Entrance Test 2020 can refer to IP University 2020 exam pattern to get an insight of the structure and format of examination. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has released the exam pattern of IP University 2020 along with the official information brochure on Feb 27. As per the IP University exam pattern 2020, the entrance examination will be conducted for two and a half hours. The entrance examination will be multiple-choice format based, except for M.A English programme, according to IP University 2020 exam pattern. Candidates will find relevant information about the admission test paper such as types of questions, number of questions, marking scheme, duration, etc. with the help of IP University exam pattern 2020. As the IPU CET 2020 will be conducted for various UG and PG programmes offered by different affiliated colleges of the university, candidates are advised to go through the syllabus of IP University 2020 for the desired programme. Candidates have to bring their own stationery to the examination centre.
Candidates are advised to reach the examination hall at least thirty minutes before the commencement of the exam.
The test takers will be given a separate test booklet and OMR answer sheet.
Upon the receipt of the test booklet and OMR sheet, candidates will be required to fill in the required details with a black ballpoint pen. The seal of the test booklet should not opened until instructed by the invigilator.
Candidates should check if the booklet contains as many pages as mentioned on the top of the first page. In a case where the numbers do not match, the issue should be brought to invigilator’s notice immediately.
All the test takers need to mark/write their answers only with a black ball point pen. Answers marked in any other ink will be rejected by the scanner.While marking their answers, candidates should darken the ovals completely. Ovals marked faintly or partially will not be read by the scanner.
If multiple ovals are marked by a candidate for a question, that answer will be treated as incorrect.
Candidates should enter correct details in the fields. No details in the OMR sheet should be left blank. Answer sheets with blank fields or incorrect details will not be evaluated.
Candidates are prohibited from doing rough work on the OMR answer sheet. They may use the space provided in the test booklet for rough work.
Candidates should make sure that they have mentioned details such as the name of the candidate, CET Roll Number, CET Code, centre code, Test booklet code, Test booklet number, CET name before submitting the answer sheet.
Candidates are not allowed to take out any page from the test booklet
They will not be allowed to leave the examination hall until the test ends.
Candidates should contact the invigilator in case of any confusion.
The maximum marks of IPU CET 2020 examination will be 600.
Yes, one mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer according to exam pattern of IP University 2020.
