General Guidelines to Answer IPU CET Online Exam 2023
Candidates must be seated according to their roll number at their respective assigned computer system.
The online test will have multiple choice questions only except for M.A programmes.
Aspirants must read all the instructions carefully and follow it properly throughout the IPU paper pattern .
Each question will have four options, out of which candidates have to choose one correct option.
Candidates will be provided with a digital clock on their computer screens once the test has started.
The candidate must choose Save and Next, Save and Marked for Review, and Clear Response and as appropriate.

IP University Exam Day Instructions
A total of 100 objective-type questions will be included in the test paper for all CETs. Each question will have four alternatives marked (1), (2), (3), and (4).
There will be four marks for each multiple choice question. Incorrect answers will carry a negative marking. For each incorrect answer, one mark will be deducted.
The IPU CET 2023 will be conducted only in English, with the exception of the B.ED test, which is administered in both English and Hindi.
Under no circumstances will the University offer a retest to anyone who is unable to appear on the scheduled test date. Fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
It is advised that candidates report to their examination centers on or before the reporting time as mentioned on the E-Admit Card, so that entry formalities, such as biometrics and frisking can take place prior to the allocation of computer nodes for examinations.Entry gates to examination centers will be closed 30 minutes before the Computer Based Test begins. Late comers will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Hello there,
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) also provide reservation for the candidates from outside Delhi. Candidates who have passed the Examination from recognise board from outside Delhi can also claim EWS reservation. Neverthe less, candidate must qualify the eligibility criteria and have a valid EWS certificate can avail the benefit of EWS quota. There are 10%reservation for EWS candidate in GGSIPU.
Note: Candidates can check the seat allocation in the Admission Brochure of GGSIPU.

As a domicile of West Bengal, you can appear for exams like MHT CET, IPU CET, and COMEDK, but there are some conditions and restrictions:
1. Eligibility: You can appear for MHT CET, but to be eligible for admission in Maharashtra colleges, you'll need to obtain a certificate from the Maharashtra government stating that you're eligible for admission under the "Outside Maharashtra State Candidate" category.
2. Seat quota: As an outside Maharashtra candidate, you'll be eligible for admission under the "All India Quota" or "Institutional Quota", which is usually 15% to 20% of the total seats.

VIPs offers BA LLB course of 5 year duration at undergraduate level. To be eligible for the course, candidates must have passed class 12th with minimum of 50% marks from recognised board. The entrance exams accepted by the VIPs for admission to BA LLB are CLAT, IPU CET. The vacant seats after exhausting the merit list of CET will be filled through merit list of CUET.
