CPET 2025: The Odisha Higher Education Department, HEIs has started the CPET application 2025 on March 10. By visiting the website samsodisha.gov.in aspirants will be able to complete the CPET registration 2025. Students will be able to fill the CPET 2025 application form till March 28, 2025. It is advisable to the candidates to read the CPET eligibility criteria first.
The Odisha Higher Education Department will conduct the CPET entrance from May 4 to 18, 2025. The CPET will be conducted in offline mode for the aspirants who want to take admission in the post graduate courses. Final admission to the institution will be done after the successful completion of the SAMS Odisha CPET counselling. Odisha CPET also known as SAMS Odisha PG is a State level Common entrance exam that is held by Students Academic Management System Odisha. Moreover, the purpose of this exam is to do admission in State Public Universities and Colleges in Various PG Courses.
Admissions to CPET 2025 are handled online, and candidates have to choose college courses in advance.
The admission committee prepares the merit list for each course based on the qualifying marks obtained in the entrance examination.
Depending on the preferences for colleges and courses and the candidates' entrance exam marks, the admission committee issues admission letters to the students.
Furthermore, the students have to go to the college where they get the allotment for the verification of their documents and payment of fees.

The Odisha Higher Education Department, HEIs, has released the Odisha CPET 2025 application form on the official website - samsodisha.gov.in. Students must click on the admission tab to learn more. By selecting this tab, candidates will get access to the CPET application form. In order to be considered for admission to CPET in 2025, all candidates must fill out the application completely. Aspirants should go through the current exam pattern of CPET 2025. It provides an overview of topics to be covered in the exam.

The Odisha Higher Education Department, HEIs will issue the CPET 2025 admit card in June for the CPET entrance exam at the official website. Candidates who have registered themselves can download the CPET admit card by using their login credentials. The CPET admit card 2025 mentions numerous details like the candidate’s name, gender, date of birth, opted programme, address of the exam venue, timing, and date of the entrance exam.

The CPET 2025 merit list will be released in August 2025, in online mode. Candidates are required to enter their subject and CPET hall ticket number in order to check the CPET 2025 state wide merit list. The merit list of the CPET includes the names of those candidates who have been shortlisted for counselling. The candidates will be called for counselling/admission procedures after the university level merit list is released. The official CPET authorities prepare the CPET 2025 merit list for applicants based on results from the admission test and GD/PI rounds (Group Discussions and Personal Interviews).

The SAMS Odisha has released the CPET off marks 2025 on its website at samsodisha.gov.in. The SAMS odisha PG cut off marks are the minimum marks required to take admission in the CPET participating college. After the announcement of vacant seats, the admission authority conducts the CPET spot admission 2025.
Selected candidates have to pay the admission fee to freeze their seats.

All CPET qualified candidates who could not make it to the admissions of any course will however get a chance to participate in the spot selection of CPET 2025.
The spot selection round is open for all the ‘non-admitted’ candidates to participate in the round.
