Yes , universities like Chandigarh University (CU) provide a Transfer Certificate (TC) after graduation if you apply for it.

This certificate is often required when you take admission to another university for your master’s program, as it proves that you have formally completed your studies and are not enrolled in CU anymore.

Along with the TC, you will also need your Migration Certificate, Provisional/Degree Certificate, and Marksheets to get admission in a different university.

Jaise me class 10th mein ek vishay maths me fail hu aur E grade hai mene compartment exam nahi diya overall pass hu fir mene class 12 commerce se kar raha hu to Cuet ka exam deker ache college me admission lene ke liye elegible hu ya nahi jaise DU Chandigarh University etc

Since you have passed Class 12 with Commerce, you can apply for CUET and take admission in good universities like DU, Chandigarh University, etc., if you meet their subject and percentage requirements.
