Yes, you are eligible for CUET . In CUET eligibility, only your Class 12 marks are considered, not Class 10.
Since you have passed Class 12 with Commerce, you can apply for CUET and take admission in good universities like DU, Chandigarh University, etc., if you meet their subject and percentage requirements.

2. This means BTech degree from CU is valid in most states
3. Bihar Engineering Services needs valid BTech from approved college
4. CU BTech is accepted for Bihar UGEAC and govt jobs
5. You can apply if all your documents are correct
6. So yes your BTech from CU is accepted in Bihar

Yes, you can pursue Computer Science Engineering (CSE) in Chandigarh University through the CUET UG. Computing University use CUET UG score to offer admission in various undergraduate courses like B.Tech in CSE, etc. But check their official university admission portal for new eligibility criteria, cut-off and counselling process.
