There are 10 questions in general english and general hindi each, 20 questions in general knowledge, and 30 questions each in general ability and educational interest, each question carrying 1 mark. The exam consists of multiple-choice (MCQ) questions. The CG Pre DElEd exam will be conducted in a single shift in June in pen and paper mode.
The CG Pre DElEd 2027 consists of five parts: general hindi, general english, general knowledge, general aptitude, and educational interest.
General Knowledge: Topics covered in General Knowledge include current affairs, civics, economics, geography, general science, history, sports and yoga.
General Hindi includes character ideas, forms, sentences, question tags, word ideas and other topics.
Models, narratives, nouns, prepositions, question tags, reading, sentences, tenses, sounds, verb structure and writing are all covered in general English.

Teaching Aptitude | Teaching aptitude includes the following work and pedagogy: attitude towards children, ability to adapt, business-related information, interest in business. These will be tested with the help of statements. Questions related to pedagogy will be based on knowledge of educational psychology of children in the age group of 6 to 11 and their learning and teaching process etc. While preparing for this subject, understanding about the individual differences of children and being able to determine the teaching-learning process based on their needs, the role of the teacher as a better facilitator for making the learning process successful in the classroom and knowledge of various types of classroom interactions and questions related to modern teaching methods/techniques will be asked. |
