The procedures for getting admission to Amity University differ with each course, though it basically consists of the following steps:

Application Form: The candidates are required to fill an online application form provided by the Amity University website. It contains personal details, academic qualification, and selection of the desired course.

Entrance Test: Most programs require that the applicant undergo an entrance examination. For instance, in many courses, apart from AJEE conducted at Amity, entrance scores would be arrived at based on national-level exams such as JEE MAIN for engineering and MAT for MBA.

Group Discussion or Personal Interview: Depending on professional courses, at times, this test may also include a personal interview or group discussion for assessing suitability.

Merit List: It comes out on the entrance test scores, interviews, followed by the release of the merit list and then invites the students for counseling.

Document Verification: Just before final admission, all shortlisted candidates are asked to produce the required documents on document verification.

Fee Payment: On acceptance, candidates have to pay an admission fee to get an assurance of a seat.
