YVUCET 2019 - Yogi Vemana University has released the second phase of YVUCET 2019 counselling online in a PDF form. The facility of Web Option will be made available from July 18 and July 19, 2019, for the candidates to pay the tuition fee and select their preferred courses. The university had, earlier, opened the first round of web option for YVUCET 2019 on June 17, 2019, in an online mode. The candidates can log in by entering their Hall Ticket Number and Security Code to select the colleges according to their preferences. The university had conducted a common entrance test, also known as YVUCET 2019 for admissions in postgraduate programmes of the university. The aspirants who wished to apply for post-graduate courses could apply for YVUCET 2019 by filling up the YVUCET application forms online in the university’s official website. The online registration and uploading of the filled-in application had started from March 23, 2019. The candidates were made sure that they fill YVUCET 2019 admission form on or before April 26, 2019, after which the candidates were charged a late fee for submission of YVUCET 2019 application forms. Candidates were charged with a late fee of Rs. 500 if they submitted the application form of YVUCET 2019 in between April 27 to May 6, 2019.

Yogi Vemana University had conducted YVUCET 2019 after closing the application window for admissions in postgraduate programmes. Candidates were made sure to check their eligibility for YVUCET 2019 to appear in the entrance examination. The candidates had to submit the application forms on or before the last day of submitting the YVUCET application form.
The online submission of YVUCET 2019 application form had been started from March 23, 2019. The last date of submission of applications (without extra fee) was April 26, 2019. The candidates could download the YVUCET 2019 admit card online from the official website. The YVUCET 2019 exam centre was the university itself.
After the result is pronounced, the candidates need to attend the counselling session takes place after the YVUCET 2019 result is announced.
Any candidate who fails to attend this session, he/she will forfeit his seat and the candidate next in rank will be given the chance to apply for the counselling session.

The candidates should fulfil the eligibility criteria while applying for YVUCET 2019. The candidates should have passed 40% marks in an aggregate percentage in the concerned subject. For the courses where the admission is based on the degree as a whole, the aggregate marks should be 40% marks for the general category. The candidates who are applying for M.Sc. courses five years integrated courses should have passed the qualifying exam which is intermediate/equivalent with M.P.C/ Bi.P.C with a minimum of 50% marks. Passing marks can suffice for the candidates belonging to SC/ST category.
The candidates who have appeared for the final year qualifying examination can also apply for YVUCET 2019. But the candidates must make sure that they have passed the examination with requisite minimum marks by the time YVUCET examination starts.
Among the seats available in each course, 85% is reserved to the local candidates. While 15% of seats of YVUCET is reserved for local and non-local candidates. The available 85% of seats given to the local candidates are also divided further for other categories, which is as follows:

One-third seats are reserved for women in each category (i.e., OC, SC, ST, BC, ECA, PH and L/NL). This rule is not applied if the women candidates are selected on a merit basis. If there are no women candidates, the seats will then be offered to the men categories. The absence of women candidates would not lead to an increase in seats for women candidates applying in other courses.
The candidates who were applying for YVUCET were suggested to fill the application forms on or before the last date on the official website of the university. The university had opened its window of online submission of YVUCET 2019 application form from March 23 to April 26, 2019. The candidates were charged a late fee of Rs. 500 if the candidates failed to fill the YVUCET application form on time. The whole process of filling and submitting the YVUCET 2019 application form was over by May 6, 2019.
Just filling and printing out of the YVUCET application form does not guarantee a candidate's eligibility for the admission in the university. After the application form was filled candidate need to pay the application fee of YVUCET 2019.
The candidates were suggested to carry the xerox copies of their YVUCET 2019 application forms and the fee receipt along with themselves whilst entering the YVUCET 2019 exam hall.
The candidates must keep the proofs of his/her nationality, birth, address and qualification. It is suggested that the students keep the scanned copies of the mentioned documents with themselves to avoid any flaws.
While registering yourself, the candidates will be asked to provide their active email IDs and mobile numbers in order to get themselves registered for YVUCET 2019. All the information and updates regarding YVUCET will be sent to their provided email IDs and mobile numbers. Therefore, any discrepancy in providing such detail will lead the candidates to remain unaware of all the YVUCET 2019 updates.
The candidates will be needed to upload scanned copies of their photographs and signature in ‘jpg’ file format. Make sure the images are according to the size provided by the university in the YVUCET 2019 application form or the files would not be uploaded successfully.
The students must keep all the scanned copies of their mark sheets of qualifying exams. There will be a need to upload such copies whilst filling the YVUCET 2019 application form.
YVUCET 2019: Registration
Before filling and submitting of YVUCET 2019 application forms, the candidates have to make sure he/she is a registered candidate.
For YVUCET registration, the candidates must register themselves by clicking ‘Register yourself’ on the official website of the university.
After clicking, the candidates will be needed to provide their active email IDs and mobile numbers.

YVUCET 2019: Steps to fill the application form
After getting themselves registered the candidates need to submit and download their YVUCET 2019 application forms.
The students must click on the ‘Apply Now’ in the ‘Admission’ section given on the official website of the university.
The candidates must fill all the blanks with their required information, upload their scanned copies of photograph and signature for the completion of YVUCET 2019 application form.
After filling all the information, the candidate can then click on submit and further continue to pay the fee for YVUCET application form 2019.
The candidates needed to submit their YVUCET 2019 application fee online after filling and submitting the application forms. The candidates were needed to submit the fees via net banking/Debit Cards/Credit Cards.
The candidates were needed to click on the ‘Continue to Pay’ option after submitting the forms. They got a new tab opened which took them to the paying process of the YVUCET 2019 fee submission.
The candidates must keep in mind that the fee was not refunded if they are declared as ineligible for the YVUCER examination. The fee was not refundable if he/she was disqualified from the YVUCET 2019 examination hall due to any reasons. Paying the YVUCET application fee did not mean that the candidate had secured his/her place in the university.

The YVUCET exam centre was Yogi Vemana University itself. The candidates who were applying for YVUCET 2019 were needed to reach the university for their examination where they were allotted the locations inside the university to take their YVUCET examination. The admit cards were uploaded by the university online on their official website. The candidates could download the YVUCET hall tickets by logging in their registered accounts by entering their application number and date of birth in the official website. The candidates were suggested to keep multiple copies of their YVUCET admit cards and identity proof such as Aadhar cards as the invigilator could ask for both the documents whilst you are taking YVUCET 2019 examination.

The question paper of YVUCET 2019 consists of 100 MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) and the exam duration will be 90 minutes (One hour and 30 minutes). Each question carries one mark.
The candidates must keep black and blue ballpoint pen with themselves for filling the OMR sheets. No other coloured pens are accepted/allowed.

The question paper is in English for Computer Science, while language tests are in the respective languages. For all other tests, the question papers are in both English and Telugu.
The candidates are allowed to enter the YVUCET examination hall without the admit card and fee receipt. The candidates were disqualified from taking the YVUCET 2019 examination.

The question paper of the YVUCET 2019 examination comprises of 100 questions divided into sections (refer to the table given above). Each question carries one mark. There is no negative marking if the candidates answer incorrectly. Unanswered questions do not fetch the candidates any marks.
The exam is of 90 minutes (1 hour and 30 minutes) and the candidates are provided with OMR sheets in the YVUCET examination hall only.
The university has released Rank Cards for the candidates who have applied for YVUCET 2019. The rank cards are made available. The results of YVUCET 2019 had been announced on the official website of the university after the commencement of entrance examination. The candidates could get their YVUCET 2019 results individually by entering their registered numbers in the ‘Results’ section given on the university’s official website. The candidates could also take multiple copies of their YVUCET 2019 result which might come in handy during the counselling session (if candidates get called for one).
The process of the counselling involves the sessions where the selected candidates, who have passed their YVUCET examination, have a meeting with the Head of the Department/Institute. The candidates get to know about their respective department, they will get to sign some official papers and submit the semester’s fees before starting their academic life in the university. The first phase of YVUCET 2019 counselling started from June 17, 2019.
