After UP DElEd merit list 2026 is released, the qualified candidates will now participate in the counselling round for UP DElEd admission 2026. Step 1- Visit the official website at updeled.gov.in

Step 2 - Open the link for DElEd counseling 2026.

Step 3 - Register online to attend the DElEd counseling 2026

Step 4- Attempt choice filing by ranking the colleges according to the applicant’s preference, with “rank 1” as most preferred to the last college to be least preferred.

Step 5- Depending on the UP DElED merit list and student choices, the government releases the seat allotment to qualified applicants.

Step 6 - The applicant then has to lock their allotted seat by paying the UP DElED counselling fee, otherwise the seat will be forfeited.

Step 7 - Once the fee is paid, students must report to the allotted college along with their documents for physical verification.

Step 8 - They must pay their UP DElED course fee at the college to finalise admission.
