The eligibility criteria for courses at Sushant University, Gurgaon differ based on the programme. Provided below are the eligibility criteria for Sushant University courses.

BTech	Class 12th in PCM stream with English as a mandatory subject + Valid marks in JEE Mains/ Sushant University Entrance Exam (SUEE)

BA LLB (Hons)	Class 12th: 50% marks + Valid marks in CLAT/ LSAT/ AILET/ CUET/ Sushant University Law Entrance Test (SULET)
BBA LLB (Hons)
LLB (Hons)	Graduate/ Post Graduate degree with at least 50% marks
MBA	Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 50% marks
M.Des
MCA
MTech	Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subjects as per the chosen specialisations: 50% marks + Valid marks in GATE examination
LLM	Bachelor’s Degree in law: 50% marks
Ph.D	Master’s Degree in relevant subject as per the specialisations chosen: 55% marks
