All information must be accurate and valid for the successful submission of the application form.
Important Note: Provide the correct Aadhaar card number. Once entered, this information cannot be used again in more applications. (One Aadhaar card, One Application only)
The application form fee (Rs. 1100/-) is non-refundable.

Keep the following documents ready before filling up the application form:
Latest passport-size photograph and scanned copy of your signature (preferably less than 2 MB in .png, .jpeg, or .jpg format).
Scanned copy of the following documents in PDF Format: Aadhar Card (both sides), Class X Marksheet, Class XII Marksheet, UG Marksheets (all available semesters merged in a single File).
Other Documents Required in PDF Format: Social Category Certificate for SC/ST/OBC/OBC-A/OBC-B candidates, Baptism Certificate for Christian Candidates, Certificate of Disability (If Any), PG Marksheets (If Any), Proof of Full-Time Work Experience (If Any), EWS Certificate for candidates applying in the EWS Category.
