SET Exam 2026 Reservation Criteria
Like most institutes, Symbiosis University also follows a reservation policy to offer admissions to candidates at various undergraduate programmes based on the SET exam eligibility 2026. Kashmiri Pandits, migrants, and Hindu families (non-migrants) who live in Kashmir Valley have 2 reserved seats at the university. Whereas International candidates have 15% of reserved seats. All the candidates eligible for the reservation policy must have and produce all the supporting documents for personal interviews and other admission rounds.

The JNVST exam is conducted by the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. The examination is held in two phases.
The first phase was successfully conducted on December 13, 2025 and the second phase is set to be held on April 11, 2026. The examination has 80 questions covering Mentali ability, arithmetic and language test. Solving the question papers would give an overview of the entire exam pattern, marking scheme, etc.
