The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) has started its Round 3 2025 applications. NIELIT Round 3 2025 applications are currently open for various courses, including the B.Tech and other programmes. Phase 3 applications for 2025 are ongoing for all campuses of NIELIT, including Ropar, Gorakhpur, Aurangabad, Agartala, Imphal, Patna, Kohima, Calicut, Srinagar, and Aizawl.

NIELIT Round 3 Applications Open; Check Now

National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology courses are available in the field of engineering at the diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels. Usually, the registration for NIELIT courses is conducted online through the official website: nielit.ac.in. Interested candidates should verify the eligibility criteria before applying online. The authority will not accept the application forms after the due date.

National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology Eligibility Criteria

Courses	Eligibility Criteria
Diploma	10th, ITI or equivalent qualification with 50% marks (5% relaxation for SC/ ST students)
BTech	12th with 50% marks (5% relaxation for SC/ ST students) in PCM/ PCB
MTech Automotive Electronics	B.E/ B.Tech with minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST & PWD) marks

Note: The duration of the diploma in CSE and BTech CSE AI & ML Lateral Entry at NIELIT is three years.
