Students must have passed 3 year English Medium diploma in Agriculture Polytechnic from state universities of Maharashtra.
Candidates must have completed 3 year English Medium diploma in Agriculture Polytechnic with a minimum aggregate of 6 CGPA for Open category students, and minimum of 5 CGPA for reserved categories like SC, ST, VJ(a), NT(b), NT(c), NT(d), OBC, SBC, SEBC, EWS, Persons with Disability (PwD) and orphan candidates.

The conducting body will publish Maharashtra B.Sc Agriculture 2025 provisional merit list on June 15. 80 % seats for Scheduled Tribes are reserved in College of Agriculture, Sonapur, Dist.Gadchiroli and College of Agriculture, Nandurbar.
The 51 percent seats under minority quota in the minority institution linguistic or religious shall be allotted to the respective minority candidates and 70 percent out of 49 percent seats will be available for U Quota and 30 percent of the 49 percent seats will be available for M Quota.
