How To Download Kerala University 2025 Merit List?

The university prepare the Kerala University rank list for admission on the basis of performance in the Entrance Examination. The PG CSS ranking shall be based on 80% weightage for CGPA/aggregate marks at the bachelor level, 10% for work experience (1% per year), and 10% for an interview conducted by the Department Council. The UG CSS ranking will only be done through the marks of entrance examination.

• Click on the ‘Online Admission’ link.

• Then, go to the PG-CSS/UG-CSS section.

• Click on the ‘Click Here’ link present beside the ‘Rank List 2025’.

• The PG CSS/UG CSS rank list will appear on your screen.

• Download and save in your system.

Kerala University 2025 Rank List- Tie Break Situation

In the case of more than one candidate obtaining equal marks in the Entrance Examinations the following situation will be entertained.

Tie Breaking For PG CSS

The candidate who scored higher overall CGPA/marks in the qualifying examination in the case of Arts, Social Sciences, and Science will be placed higher in ranking.

In case, if tie persists then the candidate who has scored higher CGPA/marks in complementary subjects will be placed higher in ranking.

Even after this exercise, if the tie persists, the candidate who has scored higher CGPA/marks in languages will be placed higher in ranking.

Tie Breaking For UG CSS

In the case of more than one candidate obtaining equal marks in the Entrance Examinations, the following will be considered.

Marks of the subject opted.

Date of Birth (older be placed higher in ranking).

Kerala University College Reporting 2025

Candidates will be required to report the college on the given time. Every shortlisted candidate must report within the given time frame. They must report before the Head of the Department concerned. Candidates should report with the original required documents. The Head of the Department shall be responsible for verifying the original documents and ensuring the correctness of the records produced by the candidate at the time of admission.

Note- The Head of the Department has the right to deny admission if any discrepancies are found between the original documents and the online data that influenced the ranking process.

• Date of birth/ Any other certificate to prove date of birth

• Transfer Certificate

• Conduct Certificate

• Mark lists of the Degree examination and Provisional/Degree Certificate (for PG CSS)

• Marksheet and certificate of class 10 and 12 (for both UG CSS and PG CSS candidates)

• Migration Certificate

• Caste Certificate for candidates under SC/ST category

• Non Creamy Layer Certificate in the case of SEBC candidates

• Undertaking from the students as per the provisions of Anti-Ragging verdict by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India

• Non Creamy Layer Certificate and Community Certificate in the case of OEC candidates claiming vacant SC/ST seats
