Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for Jigyasa University admissions. They are allowed to apply either in the online or offline mode. The application fees required for admission is Rs. 1000. Interested candidates can apply by July 30, 2025.
Jigyasa University Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for Jigyasa University admissions should satisfy the eligibility criteria. They must score a minimum of 50% marks in 10+2 with a relevant field to obtain undergraduate admissions. For postgraduate admissions, candidates should hold a bachelor's degree from a recognised university with 50% marks. PhD admissions would require having a master's degree with 55% marks in the desired stream.
What is Jigyasa University Admission Process?
Jigayasa University admission process is pretty simple. It is primarily Interview based. As the student is done filling out the application form he or she will have to attend an interview either offline or online. Only if the students clear the interview, they shall be considered eligible for admissions.

Founded in 2003 by the TALEEM Research Foundation and formerly known as Himgiri Zee University, Jigyasa University was renamed under the Uttarakhand Private University Act in 2024. It is a UGC-recognized private state university located in Sherpur, Dehradun.
