Hope you are doing well ! It  depends on which college you are studying. Some colleges do allow this change and some colleges don't . For colleges which allows change of college under the same University, follows some criteria, which varies from college to college.

The Bundelkhand University Jhansi Semester/Year exam results are now out. A students who have passed will be succeeded there degree. Now the students who have failed in the university can appear for Back paper exam with Next semester or year main examination.
