TMV, Pune | B.Sc Computer Application Admissions 2025
3-year undergraduate program focusing on practical computing skills.
Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test also known as BITSAT which is the entrance exam conducted in BITS Pilani and its other campuses. BITSAT is a computer-based online test for admissions to Integrated First Degree programmes of BITS Pilani at Pilani Campus, K K Birla Goa Campus, and Hyderabad campus.
Each computer is connected to a server, which prepares the question set and delivers it to the candidate on the computer. This is unlike the traditional paper-pencil-based test, which is generally VI offered on a single day to all candidates. The questions are so designed that a good student will be able to answer 130 questions in 180 minutes.
The extra questions (a maximum of 12) will give a chance to highly meritorious candidates to score higher. However, candidates should keep in mind the fact that there is negative marking for wrong answers and any attempt to answer the questions by pure guessing of the answers is not likely to have any advantage, but may result in a reduction in the total score.

Hi! Were you offered admission in the second iteration?
Dear candidate ,
with a score of 1143 out of 300 in the BITS HD M. Pharm exam held on June 1 , 2025 , you appear to be on the borderline for admission . In past years , the cutoff for the M . Pharm program has hovered around 90-100 , with being 143 close to the 2023 cutoff mark . This suggest that your chances of getting into BITS Pilani are reasonably good , although admission ultimately depends on this years applicant pol , exam difficulty and seat availability.
Hello,
Yes, you can write the improvement exam next year to improve your marks for BITS.
Make sure to check the TS inter board’s official notification for the improvement exam dates and process. This will help you get better marks and increase your chances of admission.
Hope it helps !
