Q: Tell us about your domain and your work profile. At the professional level, did you pursue the same field you were interested in, or did you switch?
A: I work in the Co-working and Interior design field, where I strategise and establish long-term development objectives to deliver The Address’s strategic ambitions. My role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that our solutions align with the brand's vision and objectives. I have always been passionate about design and architecture, and I am fortunate to have been able to pursue this interest professionally.
Q: Can you briefly tell us about your career path so far?
A: My career path has been dynamic and rewarding. I started at The Address, where I gained valuable experience in finance and management. Through my work, I have acquired industry-centric skills that have contributed to my overall skill set. I have also developed strong problem-solving capabilities, analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in teams. These skills have been instrumental in my career growth and have helped me tackle various challenges in the industry.
Q: Is the industry work different from what you learned at Ahmedabad University?
A: The industry work has evolved significantly from what I learned at Ahmedabad University. While the core principles remain the same, the applications and technologies have advanced, requiring continuous learning and adaptation. My education at Ahmedabad University provided me with a strong foundation, but I have had to constantly update my knowledge and skills to keep up with the changing demands of the industry.
Q: How do you think your time in college has added value to your life, both professionally and personally?
A: My time at Ahmedabad University was invaluable. Professionally, it provided me with a strong foundation in strategy management, market analysis, and consumer understanding, which has been instrumental in my career growth. Personally, it helped me develop analytical and goal-oriented skills, as well as the ability to think critically and creatively. These skills have been invaluable in both my personal and professional life.
Q: What was your initial thought process when you joined Ahmedabad University?
A: When I joined Ahmedabad University, I was excited about the opportunities to learn and grow in a vibrant academic environment. I was eager to explore new subjects, engage with like-minded peers and faculty, and participate in extracurricular activities that would enrich my college experience.
Q: You must have spent a memorable time at Ahmedabad University. Do you miss being a part of it? Share a few good memories.
A: My time at Ahmedabad University was indeed memorable. I miss the camaraderie among classmates, the stimulating discussions in lectures, and the sense of belonging to a community dedicated to learning and growth. One of my fondest memories is organising Concourse - The Management Fest, where I had the opportunity to showcase my skills and learn from industry experts.
Q: Briefly take us through your life at the campus, the activities you used to do, and your routine life.
A: My life at the campus was dynamic and fulfilling. Apart from academics, I was involved in clubs and other event coordination, which enriched my college experience. My routine involved attending classes, participating in activities, and engaging in self-study. Overall, it was a well-rounded experience that prepared me for the challenges of the professional world.
Q: Apart from academics, what were the other activities you were involved in, and how did it enrich your life?
A: I was actively involved in various extracurricular activities such as Concourse - The Management Fest, The Management Club, Peer Tutor, Student Mitr, Coordinating of The Nalanda, Alumni Association, and University-level events like Economics Conference, Convocation, Orientation, Youth Fest, Garba, Freshers, Farewell and Foundation Day. These activities helped me develop leadership, teamwork, and communication skills and provided me with a platform to pursue my interests outside the classroom.
Q: How did you keep updated with industrial requirements, and what was the role of the institute in it?
A: I kept updated with industrial requirements through the Career Development Centre and Office of Alumni Affairs & Advancement, and the offices played a crucial role by providing access to industry insights, guest lectures, and networking opportunities. The institute also encouraged students to participate in internships and industry projects, which helped us gain practical experience and understand the latest trends in the industry.
Q: You are a proud alumnus of Ahmedabad University. What is the best part of Ahmedabad University from a student's perspective?
A: The best part of Ahmedabad University from a student's perspective is its focus on holistic development. The institute not only emphasises academic excellence but also encourages students to explore their interests and develop into well-rounded individuals. The faculty members at Ahmedabad University are highly experienced and supportive, and the campus environment is conducive to learning and growth. Overall, Ahmedabad University provides a nurturing environment where students can thrive and prepare for successful careers.
Q: What is your suggestion/guidance for the MBA aspirants?
A: My suggestion for MBA aspirants is to approach their education with curiosity and enthusiasm. Take advantage of all the opportunities the institute offers, both academically and extracurricularly, and strive for continuous learning and growth. Networking is also key in the business world, so make an effort to connect with professionals in your field and build relationships that can help you advance in your career. Most importantly, stay true to yourself and your values, and never stop pursuing your passions.

Since you want admission is SEAS ahmedabad university, you have to clear gujcet to get admission that college.
And according to last year cutt off in ews category your rank should be around
1) 12k for mechanical
2) 14k for chemical

Yes, you can definitely get ahmedabad university as for that you must have cleared jee mains and have physics , chemistry, mathematics and english in your 12th as subjects. 50% aggregate of marks in 12th.
