It is undoubtedly difficult because it is one of India's top universities. Many aspirants work for years to prepare for the CUET UG and PG entrance examination. The syllabus is extensive, and it assesses logical and academic knowledge in the desired field.
Students are advised to pare early in order to complete the extensive syllabus of the CUET entrance examination. This will allow you to devote enough time to revising and practicing previous year's questions.
The JNU admission 2023 guidelines for PG courses do not specify an age limit. Students must prepare for the CUET entrance examination and achieve the required cut-off in order to gain admission.
The following are the most important factors to consider when applying to JNU:
When a student submits more than one application form for the same level of programme, all of his/her applications are rejected.
No candidate admitted to a full-time programme of study at the university may accept or hold any job.
The selected students must reserve their seats within the time frame specified, along with all necessary documents and fees.
The following documents are required to be produced at the time of JNU viva voce:
Testimonials from two people, one of whom should be the candidate's former teacher.
Compile a list of the subjects chosen by the candidate for the certificates listed in the prospectus.
The candidate must submit a research proposal.
For the PhD programme, foreign national candidates must submit a statement of purpose.
A copy of at least one of the candidate's published papers, if any, that he or she believes is the most representative of his or her intellectual interest and ability.
Viva voce examinations are only held for Ph.D. courses, whereas candidates for UG & PG courses must pass the Computer Based Test (CBT) of CUET 2023 with merit scores. The deprivation points are also taken into account for admission in accordance with the university's approved admission policy and procedure.
Yes, admissions to various UG and PG courses are conducted at the JNU through CUET scores.
No, after JNUEE test was replaced by the CUET, every candidate aspiring to take admission in the Jawaharlal Nehru University, must appear in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET).
