Joint Admission Test for M.Sc Programmes
IIT JAM Exam is conducted for students who want to pursue their MSc degree from IITs or IISc. The admission procedure for IIT JAM has three rounds of counselling.In the first round of counselling candidates having top ranks are allotted to top colleges.After the completion of first round of counselling second and third rounds are conducted.
The cut off ranks for IIT JAM slightly varies every year.The closing cut off ranks after the third round of counselling for IIT JAM 2019 in Mathematics (general category) are given below:

IIT Gandhinagar (MSc) : 242

For IIT Bhubaneshwar, Third and fourth round opening and closing rank for chemistry branch are in between 214 to 348 for general category.
477 to 730 for OBC Category
1464 to 1880 for SC Category
5706 to 5846 for ST Category

Well the qualifying marks as per last year details was around 7-8 for OBC students in mathematics. But you might qualify the exam but getting a seat is a very different scenario. It might be really difficult to get a seat with that low of marks. Still attend the counseling to know more.

Yes, you can apply for additional course in IIT JAM, but will be alloted a seat in only one program depending on your preferences of choice, merit in the exam and vacancies available.You need to additional fee for application form in case if you wish to appear in two papers.

With a rank that is 200+ , it is very tough to get admission in IIT for geology, if you are a general category candidate.

Well the qualifying marks was around 10 in iit jam for mathematics. And your score seems really nice and that is why you have good possibility of getting a seat in IIT. Prediction of one would be difficult but you can get one because you also have the benefit of your category where the cut off will be even low.
