The closing ranks for NITs varies every year.According to IIT JAM 2019 the closing ranks for general category in NITs are given below :
NIT Agartala - 1456
NIT Hamirpur - 1288
NIT Jamshedpur - 1355
As you can see the closing ranks is below 1500 in most NITs
