You have not mentioned your category. The cut off varies for each category so it is important for us to know the category so that we can be more relevant. Nevertheless, assuming that you belong to general category you do not have chances of getting seat in IIT but here is the list of NITs in which you may get seat in M.Sc Chemistry considering the previous year cut off round 3
Cut off shall increase or decrease in 2021 depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of exam and total number of seats available etc.

The cutoff for IIT in physics is around 20.70-22.70.
But it will be better if you score more than 24.70 as then you will definitely get admission in IIT through JAM.
The cutoff rank for JAM IIT is from 1-69 for general
For OBC it's between 124-272.
For SC/ST is 192-926.
Specifically for IIT Bhuvneshwar the cutoff rank is 272-393 for general.

Predicting the exact cut off is difficult as it varies every year
For this year Biotechnology course you can expect the cut off score for OBC-NCL candidates to be around 34.34-36.87

Engineering Physics UG and PG Degree in IIT are mainly through JEE/GATE. After B.Sc. you may appear for IIT JAM followed by admission in M.Sc. Physics 2 Years Course.

With this rank, you won't get any IIT. However, you can apply for MTech in Biotech at NIT Rourkela and IIEST Shibpur. These two colleges provide various specializations in Biotechnology whose cut offs lie in the rank you mentioned. If there is a mistake from the side of the conducting body then they would re release your corrected score card . You don't need to worry about that but if they haven't done any correction then your scorecard is allright. It would be better if you contact the officials.
