English and foreign Languages university entrance test (EFLUT) is conducted by English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad. This is a University level exam conducted in once in a year . This entrance test is conducted for those who aspire for the admission into various UG and PG courses offered by the university. I want to fill my application form but I cant log in. It shows that I have invalid application ID. Can someone please tell me what to do?

Hello there. I would like to tell you that you must have received your login credentials in your e-mail. Application ID must be mentioned in your mail id. If you are having trouble logging in, you can write a mail to the help desk of the exam you are appearing for. the email id is mentioned on their official website. Please note that application ID is generated only when you have registered before. If you are a new user, then you need to register first and then proceed further.

How to change the exam centre as there was technical error while filling the application?

Mostly the centres once alloted or chosen cannot be reverted back in most cases.

But you try to contact the exam coordination or the administrator of the site you are filling the form on. Go to the contact section and find out the details and email them as well as try to talk to them as soon as possible.

If I want to apply for two courses MA English and MA Literatures in English, will the exam paper be the same for both? As the details say that Ill have only three hours to complete both the papers instead of two hours each.

MA english and MA in english Literature are 2 different courses but  there is a common entrance test for the M.A. English programmes through the cafeteria system. The duration of the entrance test is two hours. The entrance test has FOUR sections, each section testing your ability/skills in a particular area:

Section A (25 marks): Literature

Section B (25 marks): Reading Comprehension

Section C (25 marks): Organizational Ability and Writing Skills

Section D (25 marks): Verbal and Analytical Ability

there should be only original certificates for the application form ??

Yes you need to upload scan of original documents only.
You need to upload following documents
  • Class X / SSC / Class XII / Undergraduate/ Postgraduate Marksheet
  • Permanent Address (Passport/ Voter id / Driving license of parent/ Ration Card) Proof
  • Photograph
  • Signature

And the format of scan documents should be-
  • Photograph 1 MB JPEG/ JPG
  • Signature 1 MB JPEG/ JPG
  • Address Proof Certificate max 300KB JPG and PDF
  • Marksheet 5 MB JPG and PDF

My year of passing UG is 2020. But its not there in the option, what to do?

1st of all please be clear with the question. I hope you are asking this question in the query of filling some application. If the the question is asking you the "what is the passing year of your UG?" the reply the year you pass out from your UG course and if the ask "what is the year of joining your UG course?" then reply the year of joining.

the english and foreign languages university conducts eflu entrance test for various under graduate and post graduate degree courses. you need to fill the application form and submit the application fee for appear in the exam.

for general/obc- 500 rs application fess, for sc/st it is 250 rs.

HOW CAN I GET PREVIOUS YEAR QUESTION PAPER 2018-19

Dear Aspirant,

Here is some information about the exam and information about the model question papers since it is difficult to get the previous year question papers.

The EFLU or The English and Foreign Languages University Entrance exam is conducted for students who are interested to join EFLU for UG and PG courses in various languages like English, Arabic, French, German, Japanese and so on. including Teacher Education programmes for some and PhD.

The EFLU exam will be held in the second week of March 2020. It is a national level exam and will be computer-based and online. The number of seats offered are 790 with a wide array of courses on your platter.

The application process will begin in February 2020 and end in February itself in the last week. Your admit card will be available in the first week of March and the EFLU 2020 exam will be conducted in the second week of March. The results will be announced in the first week of May.

The exam pattern for the year 2020 would have a 100 marks paper. There are two sections- descriptive and objective.

  • For the M.A. courses (Arabic language and literature, French language and literature, German language and literature, Hispanic language and literature, Russian language and literature) there will be three sections- Objective of 40 marks, Pen and paper for 30 marks and oral for 30 marks
  • For B.A. courses, the paper is objective type
  • For M.A. courses (English, English Literature, Literatures in English, Comparative Literature, Linguistics, English Language Teaching, Hindi, computational linguistics), the paper is objective type.

how to prepare for EFLU B.ed and what

Hello!

EFLU (English and Foreign Language University) Hyderabad is one the best institutes in India for language studies in undergraduate courses, postgraduate courses and PhD programmes. Teaching courses are also offered in the institute. You have to take computer based entrance test which is generally objective type and of 100 marks. To prepare for the entrance exam you must:

  • Know the exam pattern.
  • See the previous year papers
  • General knowledge and current affairs are often asked so please focus on that part.

It isn't a hard nut to crack just try to study 2 hours a day 6 months before the exam and you're ready to go. I hope this will be helpful.
