You will get admission in BA psychology from Delhi University. In top colleges cut off is very high, ie 96+. For ex In Hansraj college, 2019 cut off for BA was 98%.
But there is facility of defence quota in Delhi University for ex serviceman or serving persons who have got gallantly award like param but chakra , Mahavur chakra .

There are different types of part time jobs you can go for, depends upon what type of job you want to be in. There are salesman jobs, accountant jobs etc. It all depends upon the your skill set. Some common part time jobs are like operator, salesman, receptionist, etc.

Since she is not interested in politics, she could take up law as a career. She could appear for a CLAT exam and enrol herself in an LLB programme. This will also give her the flavor of theoretical political science. Some of the best law universities in India are the NLUs, i.e. National Law Universities.
If your 12th certificate over all result says "Passed" then it should not be a problem. This is because you have completed your 12th and are also pursuing your BA based on that. Then the additional subject results do not count. For appearing for CAT, you should have completed your Graduation in any stream. You can only pursue your Graduation if you complete and pass your 12th. So all that matters is your 12th certificate should show as "Passed".
