Hi
With the industry 4.0 revolution advancing, it is no secret that computer science and Maths and Computing engineers do have an edge in terms of jobs over others. However, if you have an inclination towards a certain branch, you should definitely go for it. Moreover, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, India might get more manufacturing and processing opportunities from the world over, and industries are likely to flourish. This would make Chemical, Mechanical and Civil engineering also good options.
To be eligible to apply for BITSAT a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics/Biology, Physics and Chemistry with 70% overall aggregate and must have scored 60% marks individually in Maths, Physics and Chemistry. As you have not scored the minimum percentage in qualifying exam you are not eligible.

please confirm in which course you are interested.

You can apply for vacancies in the colleges for the post of Assistant Professor, the vacancies are usually updated in the official website of concerned college, sometimes it also comes out in newspaper, you've not mentioned you've qualified in which subject, but sometimes PSUs also conduct NET qualified candidates, so watch out for those notifications as well.
