Mewar University Admission Form 2022 (Released): Registration, Fees, How to Apply

Candidate’s Name/Father’s name/Mother’s name.

Candidates must write their names in block letters with spaces between different parts of the name. They should start writing the name from the first box itself. If the candidate’s name does not want to fit into the boxes, he/she can abbreviate his/her middle name. The name must be entered as per the class X/Secondary or equivalent examination. One should not write Mr./Ms./and so on before the name.

Date of Birth

The DOB has to be filled as per class X/secondary level examination. Candidates need to fill the boxes in the following format date/month/year. For example, if a candidate’s DOB is December 11, 1995, the candidate will fill the boxes in the following way - 11,12,95. In addition, candidates will have to darken the corresponding circles.

Course applied for

Candidates need to fill the correct code for the course as mentioned in the list.

Sex and Nationality

Candidates have to darken the relevant circles.

Examination Centre

Candidates will have to choose three exam centres out of the list given with the appropriate codes. They should also darken the relevant circles.

Place of residence

Candidates living in cities where the metropolitan board, municipal corporation/council function and those who live in District/Tehsil should write ‘urban’. All other candidates should write ‘rural’.

Category

Candidate needs to darken the relevant circle.

Year of passing

While filling out the application form, candidates should darken the appropriate circle of his/her passing or appearing for the examination.

School board of Class XII

Candidate should darken the appropriate circle.

Pin Code

Candidates need to write the pin code which applies to the address mentioned by them in the application form.

Mobile Number

Candidates should write the mobile number and darken the apt circles.

Candidate’s mailing address

Candidates need to write the address where they would like to be contacted at in block letters. They will be required to write their names in the first line and full mailing address in the next line succeeded by state and pin code.

STD code with telephone number and Email ID

Candidates will have to write the telephone number with STD code in the appropriate boxes. The email ID needs to be written in the space provided.

Candidate’s signature

Candidates need to put in full signature in the space provided. Application forms without signatures will be rejected.

Candidate’s photograph

Candidates need to paste their recent colour passport size photo with a light background in the appropriate space. The photographs must be pasted and not pinned or stapled.

Qualifying examination details

Candidates have to write the details of SSC/Class X and HSC /Class XII examination. They will need to write their board name, college name, year of passing/appearing, marks/grade secured in the respective examination, and roll number.

Declaration by the candidate

Candidates will have to sign the declaration in the given space. Parents will also have to provide their countersign in the designated place.

Attestation by the Head of Institution

Candidates need to get their application form attested by the Head of Institution where the candidate is appearing in class XII/HSC or has appeared in.

Eligibility Criteria

B.Sc. Physics (Hons)

Candidates must have finished their 10+2 with PCM/PCM with at least 50% marks or equivalent grades.

B.Com.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Com) with at least 50 % marks or equivalent grades

B.Sc Hons(Chemistry)

Candidates must have finished 10+2 with PCM/PCM with at least 50% marks or equivalent grades.

B.Sc. (Biotechnology),(Botany), CBZ (Chemistry-Botany-Zoology)

Applicants must have completed their 10+2 with PCM/PCM. They must also secure at least 50% marks or equivalent grades.

B.Sc.(Hons.) Mathematics

Applicants should have finished 10+2 with PCM/PCM with at least 50% marks i.e. equivalent grades.

B.Sc. (Ag.)

Candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grades 10 + 2 level with Science.

B.Sc. (For.)

Candidates should have at least 50% marks or equivalent grades in 10 + 2 with Science.

B.Pharm. Pharmaceutical Sciences

Candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grades in 10 + 2 with PCM / PCB.

BMLT, BRIT, BOTT, BOOT, BPT

Candidates should have finished their 10+2 with PCB with a minimum of 45%. For other courses, candidates should have completed their class XII.

Or candidates with a relevant diploma will also be eligible.

BSC (Cardiac Care Dialysis Care, Respiratory Care, Ophthalmology Care)

Candidates should have passed their class 12th examination.
