Kalinga institute of industrial technology doesn't releases the cutoff marks or percentile for the various courses. You need to give your choice preferences during the counseling and a seat is allocated to you based upon your performance in KIITEE and demands of other candidates. By analysing the past trends of two phases and based upon review of candidates a percentile between 75-80 would be required to confirm an ECE seat at the institution.

The possibilities of you getting computer science and engineering with the mentioned percentile is slim and close to impossible. The major portion of the available seats in CSE program were filled in first three phases which were conducted in May, June and July respectively. Furthermore from the reviews of candidates who have appeared in the earlier phases of KIITEE, a percentile of 80 and above is generally required for CSE which is the most demanded course.

You can still try for other good courses such as ECE, EEE , Civil, Aerospace and others which have comparetively lower cutoffs.

The college refund starts when the admission is over and they will not refund you the full amount they deduct the charges . The charges are applicable by the college. If they delay your refund you can contact the administration office of the college and they will help you in this regard.

I guess you question is in context to Kalinga Institute of industrial technology. Students were allotted provisional branches on basis of their performance in the phase 2  of the conducted examination and were given a chance to confirm their seat by paying advance amount of 75000 rupees. The rank list would be prepared only after the conclusion of all three phases and will be based on best of three format.

You will be certainly getting a seat if you fulfill certain basic eligibility criterias defined by the institution.
