The college refund starts when the admission is over and they will not refund you the full amount they deduct the charges . The charges are applicable by the college. If they delay your refund you can contact the administration office of the college and they will help you in this regard.

I guess you question is in context to Kalinga Institute of industrial technology. Students were allotted provisional branches on basis of their performance in the phase 2  of the conducted examination and were given a chance to confirm their seat by paying advance amount of 75000 rupees. The rank list would be prepared only after the conclusion of all three phases and will be based on best of three format.

You will be certainly getting a seat if you fulfill certain basic eligibility criterias defined by the institution.

Congratulations on your stellar performance in KIITEE. Analysing the past trends in phase 1 of the examination conducted last month, you will be probably getting any of your preferred branch. The seat allotment would be on provisional based on scores obtained in phase 2. If you are satisfied with the branch allotted to you during the counseling, then you will have to pay an amount of 75000 in a certain duration to lock your seat.

As you have mentioned that you have got 24 percentile in your kiitee phase 2 examination ,so let me tell you it is a bit difficult to predict what exactly you will get because these things depends on certain conditions which changes every year for this private examinations.

These factors are as follows-

1-Number of candidates appearing in that examination.

2-Number of vacant seats in the college.

3-Previous years cut off

4- Difficulty level of the paper.

But on a general basis ,your percentile is a bit low and so you may get lower branches like civil ,chemical.

As you have mentioned that you have got 60.42 percentile and you want to take up information technology in kiits so let me tell you in these private college examination the dynamics change drastically and cannot be predicted very accurately.

But still on a general basis I would say that for information technology this percentile would be a bit less and so you may not get this branch.
