Hello Rohit,

According to last years closing rank  for Msc Physics, 1200 may not get you into NIT Durgapur. For general category the closing rank is 651 and closing score is 52.You could check closing ranks of other NITs for clear understanding of the rank distribution.

Sir i got 16.67 marks in my jam score but the cut off marks for st category is 16.82.Am i eligible for counselling?

Hello,

Since the cut off marks for ST category is 16.82 and since you got 16.67 you are not eligible for counselling as you missed a chance to qualify with a very less difference between your score and the cutoff marks .

hi....im about to appear the iit jam 2020 exam ....im currently in 6th sem bsc maths and i have one backlog from 5th sem and i will get a chance to clear my backlog in july 2020 .....so can i get admission for msc if i score the required marks in jam and i clear my backlog?
