You might have a chance in IISc Banglore,IIT Bombay,IIT Delhi,IIT Guwhati,IIT Roorkee if you belong to SC,ST,OBC or General-PWD category.

Yes according to the guidelines provided by JAM examination committee, no correction in the application form will be accepted after the admit card has been released and that has already happened. So yes in such a case you are liable to not get selected even if you pass the examination and qualified because of error in application during admission process.  You can try to contact the authorities and try to make your point. Nothing else can be done otherwise

Well the chances are really low but still there is no harm in applying. You cannot know when what would happen. So I would recommend you to apply for counseling and wait even if the chances of admission is low and you can know better later.
