No you can't change options after counseling form is submitted once. Due to this, it is important to be cautious and choose college options which will be more suitable as per the merit and entrance score.
In 2ns round, they will consider college options as per 2nd phase cutoff. If any of the given options satisfies the cutoff then a college option will be assigned.
There can't be any change now.

see iit jam exam is for admission in msc courses in reputed iits and nits, questions will be based oon your bsc course syllabus, however the fundamental clearance you may follow 12th books but donot expect to questions comes as 12th standard, you need to follow the previous years papers and text books of bsc course to prepare for iit jam exams.

Yes Cengage is a very decent book as far as chemistry concepts are concerned. One cannot guarantee whether a book is sufficient or not. Because when you appear for competitive entrance exams, the more you do, the more you get. But yes, as per your question, it's decent enough to refer cengage book and solve it's mcqs as well for the IIT jam chemistry paper. If you get more time, then do solve books like Arihant or Pradeep as well.
