IIT JAM 2021 syllabus has been released along with the information brochure of JAM 2021. The syllabus of IIT JAM 2021 carries various topics, units and chapters for different test papers.
While preparing for IIT JAM, candidates must go through the topic/section-wise syllabus of Geology and it will help define all the topics to be studied for the entrance exam. Without knowing the syllabus and the topics well, it’s difficult to know how and where to start the preparation from - to decide what to study and what not to. Furthermore, once you know the syllabus, it will be easier for you to prepare.

You are eligible for jest which gives a successful career in IISc institute far better than iits in research field. There are some other institutes like IISER, BITs giving you M.SC academics.
Yes, you can sit for iit jam for msc in chemistry with bsc in zoology or botany honours with side subject as chemistry.
Any B.Sc. Degree with Honours and without Honours(General) both are equally eligible for the exam. Here's the list of B.Sc. Degrees accepted for IIT JAM Exam.
B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology.

The minimum eligibility criteria for JAM exam is to score around 5.5 CGPA in your graduation. If you have cleared your backlog with the expected CGPA, well and good. As per the previous year trends, maximum weightage has been provided to differential calculus followed by linear algebra, sequence and series, differential equation, integral calculus, and vector calculus. But, preparing for all the topics in the syllabus is equally important as well since we never know if the similar pattern will be followed in the time to come.
