You can take admission in any private B.tech college as mostly the eligibility criteria for the students is to cross 60 percent aggregate in boards and to pass their entrance exam like VIT,MIT,DIT, colleges under COMEDK.You are not eligible for the colleges like NIT or IIIT or IITs

IPU CET will be conducted in Delhi for all courses except for Engineering, MBBS, MBA and MCA. Candidates willing to appear for the exam will not be given any choice with regard to exam centres of GGSIPU CET BBA. Request regarding any changes in the the exam centers

Yes it is mandatory that if you applying for IPU CET,you must have to get sufficient marks in JEE MAINS also.As per the IPU CET eligibility criteria,candidate must have valid score in JEE Mains paper 1 conducted by NTA.
