IPU now which is known as Guru Gobindsingh Indraprastha University offers ug, PG, PhD and diploma courses.The University invites application form in the month of January for ug and PG courses and in March for integrated and research courses.

You can take admission in any private B.tech college as  mostly the eligibility criteria for the students is to cross 60 percent aggregate in boards and to pass their entrance exam like VIT,MIT,DIT, colleges under COMEDK.You are not eligible for the colleges like NIT or IIIT or IITs

Yes it is mandatory that if you applying for IPU CET,you must have to get sufficient marks in JEE MAINS also.As per the IPU CET eligibility criteria,candidate must have valid score in JEE Mains paper 1 conducted by NTA.
