So you have to secure a good rank nearly under 40000 for admission ( may vary ).

As of this year it has been declared that you need to appear for JEE Mains to get admission into all BTech branches except Biotechnology. IPU CET 2019 is only being conducted for Btech in Biotechnology course. Rest other branch admissions are through scores of JEE Mains paper

No, IPU does take admissions on the basis of Jee Mains score rather it has its own entrance exam called IPUCET (Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test ). A student has to clear it if he/she wants to get enrolled in any of the engineering colleges. Various colleges under
