Since the cutoff is continuosly changing and there is no official cutoff released from IPU regarding this and the no. of seats are less so it may be tough to get a seat in government college

See you have not mentioned if you have any sort of quota with you. As of your general rank it may be a tough squeeze cause the only institution offering BA(H) in Economics under IPU are :

1.Delhi Institute Of Rural Development

2.Fairfield Institute of Management & Technology

IPU is no longer taking CET for law 2019. Admission will be based on CLAT score for BA/BBA LLB program. Counselling may start from 18th june to 1st augest then after ipu will release their merit list.
