SORRY. BUT YOU WONT BE GETTING ANY OF THE TOP COLLEGE. YOU CAN ONLY GET COLLEGES LIKE DR. AKHILESH DAS GUPTA ENGG COLLEGE. EARLIER KNOWN AS  NORTHERN INDIA ENGINEERING COLLEGE. AND OTHER COLLEGES LIKE HMR AND JIMS. BUT THAT ALSO NOT IN INITIAL COUNSELLING ROUNDS.

See it's hard for an outside Delhi region student with rank above 1000 to get a good college , and you will still get a college with your 3194 rank, but if you have any quota , you might consider it because you'll get a good

Since you want to know whether you are a Delhi official or not so in order to come under Delhi candidate you must have a Delhi Domicile certificate and the eligibility for the certificate is that :

• you must be a citizen of Delhi for more than 3

GGSIPU and its affiliated colleges offer reservation to candidates on the basis of their category (SC/ST/OBC/PwD), domicile(Delhi & Outside Delhi Region) and Defence quota (as per the Govt, rules).

The Unreserved category is the general category,which does not recieve any special reservations in our country.And EWS is

Your rank in cet in Bcom hons is not quite well. So surely you are getting admission in one of them but it might not be the best college  . While some of the colleges that you can get into are
