There are bit chances of you to get admission because categorical reservation is a hindrance which may get you a seat in the college but the branch may be a factor to negotiate with. It depends upon you what to choose if to go with college or college with branch

Your IPU CET rank 9058 for BBA is not so well. Also there is no quota for OBC if you don't have domicile quota. But there are still chances for to get admission in 9th and 10th rank college that are
