Your rank in IPU CET for BBA that is 11801 in defense and OBC quota not quite well. So you could only get admission in 1 college affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University which is Bhai Parmanand Institute of Business Studies,  Sharkarpur, Delhi.

There are 2 govt. Colleges affiliated to IPU namely Safdarjung and RML. IN SAFDURJUG cutoff for last year was 150( rank ). So u will not get seat in sjh but u may get admission in RML

Your IPU CET rank 4800 for BBA is good. But you can not get top colleges of IPU as you don't have domicile qouta. There are still some good colleges such as
