Generally most of the college covers the same question pattern in Msc syllabus and coverage.MSc exam typically have questions ranging from 60 to 150 . Generally, 1-3 marks are awarded for each correct answer and 0.5-1 mark is deducted for each incorrect answer.It is very musch different from the entrance exam questions where questions are of MCQ type.

The notification for CPGET 2020 third phase counselling is not yet released. As of now second phase counselling is ongoing. Third phase counselling will be conducted only if there are vacant seats. So you you should check he CPGET 2020 counselling website from time to time to know the updates. Coming to the next question yes, you will get your original documents that you have submitted in the first phase allotted college if you get seat in another college in second phase counselling and the first seat allotment automatically stands cancelled. The final phase seat allotment has already concluded for CPGET 2020 counselling. There won't be any further round of counselling that will be conducted. You may go for spot admission if you want to get admission in the preferred course or you need to wait for one more year and appear for CPGET once again and secure a decent rank. Or you can consider seeking admission in to any other college.

It is decided by counselling authoities to allot a seat to the candidate. And it depends on many factors such as rank obtained, marks secured and category. As you are from SC category, so you will be prefered over genral category candidates during seat allotment. As you are not alloted any seat in phase 1, this could possible that your rank was too much to get a seat in round 1. But don't worry, you will surely get a seat in the upcoming rounds.

As you have not mentioned the category which you belonged. Cutoff depends on the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination. And, hence varies every year depending on these factors. But as per your rank there is a high chance you can get this college easily in any category.
