I have scored 69% in class 12 from UP Board 2020 snd want to give JEE mains and advance 2021. If I will give improvement exam in one subject in 2020 then Ill be eligible for JEE?? or my selection will be based on top 20 percentile list?? and if based on top 20 percentile then there is any problem?

To qualify for JEE Mains, there is no minimum aggregate criteria. But if you want to join NITs, IIITs or CFTIs then you should score a minimum aggregate of 75% only in your 12th. 11th marks aren't considered. And then to appear for JEE Advanced which is the gateway for

CBSE and NIOS are 2 different bodies and have 2 different guidelines. In CBSE, you attend School regularly. But with NIOS, you either have weekend classes because it is an open School. Those students who have completed all their CBSE exams will be assessed based on their performance in the

Unfortunately you are not allowed to give improvement exam for on subject.You will have to appear for all the subjects in the improvement exam and then only your marksheet will be accepted by JEE.Onu must have secured 75% marks in 12th board for being eligible for admission into IITs,NITs,IIITs

if I fail in maths in class 12 , cisce board, but I have passed in all other subjects, and declared as a pass student, will I face any difficulty in future studies , if I go for engineering??

It's better if you clear your failed Subject ie maths. Though you are declared pass , you are failed in most important subject that is basis of Engineering admission. Admission to Engineering courses depends upon one of the entrance exam  either main score / CET score and combination
