It is easy to get admission in bca. You can get admission through entrance exams that are conducte by the various colleges and universities and you can also get admission through merit based. The minimum qualification for bca is :

You should passed +2 at least 60% (some colleges also offer admission at 50%).

Math is compulsory in +2.(some colleges also provide admissions to commerce background students)

Chances are very marginal for your category, you will not get core streams such as cse,ece etc in CEG or MIT. Might get in SSN. if you want to join in any of the course directly you can write the online entrance exam which is conducted by the college it self.

but if you want to purse b.tech in this college you must clear IMUCET  exam. there is no specific rank mentioned to hold a seat in this college. but you must clear the exam to get eligible to take admission in this college

and also you must have any colourblindness and english percentage should be above 50% in class 12. And you must be physically fit

ACPC registration has not started yet, because gujcet exam are postponed. Gujcet exam date till now us 30th July, it can be changed upon the situation. After commencement of gujcet only acpc registration will start and process of admission will begin.

So wait for gujcet exam to happen.
