CBSE has cancelled the class 10 and class 12 board exams. However, candidates who wish to appear in the remaining exams can do so. The results will be given as per assessment scheme, if a candidate has appeared in more than subjects the average of best three will be taken to give the results of remaining subjects for which the candidate has not appeared in the exam. Candidates who appeared in three subjects the average of best two will be taken to give the results of remaining subjects for which the exam is not conducted, Candidates who appeared in one or two subjects the marks scored in these subjects and internal marks, project marks and practicals marks will be taken into consideration to give the results. You have not mentioned how many subjects you have already appeared in the exam. If you have appeared in more that three subjects then the average of best of three will be taken into consideration to give the result of the remaining subjects.
Tattoo is prohibited in jobs like IAS, IPS, IRS, IFS, Indian Defence Services, Army, Navy and Air Force. The department has released norms on the permissibility of tattoo in the body of the candidates recruitment in defense forces (https://govt-jobs.euttaranchal.com/career-in-indian-defence-forces.html) . Now any candidate will be barred from the selection during selection process on finding any tattoo on the body. The rules state immediate dismissal of the candidate.

Now cut offs change every year depending on various factors. So if you belong to OBC Category, you might have to score around 345 marks or atleast 68-70%.
