AP PECET 2025: Acharya Nagarjuna University has announced the AP PECET 2025 exam dates in online mode. The AP PECET 2025 exam will be held on June 25. The AP PECET registration process will be tentatively started in March 2025 in online mode at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. Candidates can fill and submit the AP PECET 2025 application form before the deadline. The last date for submitting AP PECET online applications with a late fee of Rs 500 will be in May 2025.
Acharya Nagarjuna University conducts the AP PECET for B.P.Ed. and D.P.Ed. courses. The AP PECET hall ticket will be released in June 2025, in online mode. Candidates have to use their login credentials to download the AP PECET admit card. Aspirants who have appeared for the AP PECET examination will be required to participate in the counselling procedure. Following this, their courses will be assigned based on their choice filling and AP PECET merit list.
Andhra Pradesh Physical Education Common Entrance Test is an entrance examination conducted by Acharya Nagarjuna University on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). The AP PECET examination will be conducted for admission into B.P.Ed. (two years) and D.P.Ed. (two Years). The AP PECET 2025 exam will be conducted in offline mode. This exam is used to get admission to undergraduate programmes in sports and physical education that are provided by different universities and colleges in Andhra Pradesh.

AP PECET Andhra Pradesh Physical Education Common Entrance Test (session 2025)
Before applying for the AP PECET entrance exam, candidates should check the eligibility criteria. The AP PECET eligibility criteria will help students understand the minimum requirements of the exam. The eligibility criteria for AP PECET 2025 are as follows:
Nationality: Applicants must be citizens of India.
Local/Non-Local Status: Candidates must meet the local and non-local status conditions specified in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) order, 1974, as modified from time to time.
Educational Qualifications: The AP PECET eligibility criteria for B.P.Ed and D.P.Ed courses will be different. Aspirants can check the AP PECET eligibility criteria for both courses in below:
Eligibility for B.P.Ed Course: Applicants should have finished their third year of degree from recognised colleges or university in AP. They should also have turned 19 on July 1, 2025. Nevertheless, the pass certificate must be submitted by the candidate during counseling.
Eligibility for D.P.Ed. Course: Candidates must be 16 years old on July 1, 2025, and must have taken and passed an intermediate or similar course approved by the Andhra Pradesh government. Nevertheless, the pass certificate must be submitted by the candidate during counseling.
Acharya Nagarjuna University will release the AP PECET 2025 application form in March. Candidates should check the eligibility criteria of AP PECET before they start the application process. Aspirants have to fill and submit the AP PECET registration form before the deadline.
Step 1: Fee Payment
Candidates who meet the AP PECET eligibility criteria have to visit the official website and click on the “Eligibility Criteria and Fee Payment” link.
Fill out all the information and pay the AP PECET application fee.
Step 2: Know Your Payment Status
The applicant may quickly verify the status of their payment here. To check the status, they only need to click on the "Know Your Payment Status" tab.
Simply click on the tab after entering the hall ticket number and mobile number that were provided in Step 1. The registration's status will be displayed.
Step 3: Fill Application Form
Candidates can start filling the AP PECET application form after completing the fee payment.
To complete the application, enter your date of birth, mobile number, payment reference ID, and qualifying exam hall ticket number. Then, click on “Proceed to fill application.”

After entering all the details, candidates have to go through the AP PECET application form and submit it.
Step 4: Print Application Form
Finally, candidates must click "Get Application Details" after entering all required information. For future use, print the AP PECET application by selecting the “Print Application” option.
The application fee for AP PECET 2025 will depend on the category of the applicant. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid in online mode only.

Candidates appearing for the AP PECET examination should go through the exam pattern. The AP PECET exam pattern for B.P.Ed. and D.P.Ed. will consist of two parts, namely
a) Physical Efficiency Test and
b) Skill Test in Game.
(A) Physical Efficiency Test : Maximum 400 marks :
APPECET Committee-approved conversion tables will be used to give marks for events falling under this category. The gender classification is used to emphasize the occurrences.

Note: Either a long jump or a high jump is required of the candidate. In the application, the candidate must specify their choice. At the time of the exam, changing a choice is prohibited.
(B) Skill Test in Game : Maximum 100 Marks :

Note: A candidate will lose their opportunity to take the 100-mark skill test and will not be permitted to attend the examination if they do not select one of these games on their application. A applicant will not be permitted to take the skill test if they select more than one game. Thus, the applicant should correctly complete the application by selecting just one game. During the test, changing the choices you make is not allowed.
Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur, on behalf of APSCHE, will release the AP PECET 2025 admit card in June. Aspirants have to use their login credentials to download their AP PECET hall ticket 2025. A valid photo ID, such as a driver's license, voter ID, or Aadhar card, must be brought to the designated AP PECET exam centre on the day of the exam in addition to the admit card for the AP PECET exam. It was not permitted for applicants to enter the test venue and take the exam without the AP PECET 2025 admit card.

Enter your login credentials in the provided fields.
Double check the details entered and click on the "Download Hall Ticket" tab.
Your AP PECET 2025 Admit Card will be displayed on the screen.
Download and print two to three copies of the admit card.
Keep the admit card in a safe place for future use.
The university will declare the AP PECET results on its official website. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check the AP PECET result by using their login credentials. Information like the candidate's name, roll number, category rank, and overall merit rank will be included in the AP PECET results. The AP PECET merit list will be prepared based on the results.

1. The Physical Efficiency Test will be given 400 marks, and the Skill Test in Games will give 100 marks. The qualifying marks for the APPECET will be 30% of the total marks given for all test items (a total of 500 marks minus incentive marks). There will be no minimum required score for those who fall under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes categories.
2. The AP PECET entrance test response papers are not revalued, retotaled, or personally identified.
The AP PECET counseling procedure will be web-based. The counselling dates for AP PECET will be announced in the newspaper or on its official website. The applicants will not get personalised AP PECET call letters. Therefore, the candidates had to pay attention to the news article announcements on the AP PECET counseling dates and the list of helpline centers. At the time of AP PECET counseling, the list of institutions for the allocation of applicants, intake in each course, and category in each institution will be made public.
The qualified applicants will lose their seats if they are unable to attend the AP PECET online counselling session.
A candidate is not automatically considered for admission to physical education courses based only on their attendance at the AP PECET entrance exam; instead, their eligibility must meet the requirements outlined above as well as any additional requirements specified in the admissions guidelines, which will be provided separately.

There are two sections to the AP PECET exam: a skill test in games and a physical efficiency test. Sports including basketball, kabaddi, volleyball, and tennis are included in the skill exam, while the 100-meter run, placing the shot, long jump, and high jump are included in the physical efficiency test.

No, there is no negative marking in the AP PECET exam. Candidates will get marks based on their performance in the physical efficiency test and skill test.
